QUALITY CONTROL
Every lot of coffee we receive is cupped and analyzed by a Q Grader certified by the Coffee Quality Institute.
The quality control manager is licensed in chemistry and as a Q Grader by the Coffee Quality Institute
Each lot of green coffee we receive, along with the final roasted product is cupped using the traditional organoleptic methods
The roasting, grinding, and packaging is monitored both by machine and by the laboratory supervisors, ensuring that all variables are maintained constant for the highest quality product.
COFFEE ROASTING SERVICES
We offer a diverse range of roasting services, as well as two different innovative decaffeination processes to ensure every client’s satisfaction. We tailor the roasting process to the origin of the coffee and the nature of the final product. This process takes place in a roaster with precise cooling systems and temperature control, and each batch is checked carefully for consistency.
GRINDING SERVICES
Depending on the final product, whether regular drip coffee, k-cups, pods or espresso pods: we monitor the granulometry and temperature carefully so that the characteristics of each particular coffee type are preserved, keeping in mind the origin and the extraction method of the final product.
BLENDS SERVICES
We offer a diverse range of roasting services, as well as two different innovative decaffeination processes to ensure every client’s satisfaction.

PACKAGING SERVICES
Private label or a customized packaging solution, we can help you with all your packaging needs. We carefully control the weight, sealing, and oxygen content of the packaging, and determine the expiration date of each product, minimizing how long each product is in our warehouses to ensure a fresh product.
We use the most advanced technology, in addition to our highly trained and dedicated staff, to control the quality of our products, including:
